: Foundation „Vivarta Lila“ Education Fund has been established on the 04.02.2010 as a Non Goverment Organization and has been active since. Our organization has been recognized by the Province secretariat as well as the Ministry for many funded projects for youth and children. We have23 active volunteers who participate in workshops we offer to society.
